Privacy Policy
LoopFruit (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “App”) is a memory game published for Android and iOS. This policy explains what information the App handles, why, and the choices you have.
The App has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location, and we do not build a profile of you.
Your scores, coins, unlocked themes, achievements, streaks, and settings are saved locally on your device. This data stays on your device unless cloud save is active (see section 5).
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure those ads, Google may process your device’s advertising identifier, approximate (non-precise) location derived from your IP address, device and operating system information, and how you interact with the ads shown to you.
We do not operate our own servers or analytics. We do not collect contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, or camera data — the App requests none of those permissions.
On first launch, iOS shows a system prompt asking whether LoopFruit may track you across apps and websites. The choice is entirely yours:
You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining does not limit any gameplay feature.
If you are in a region covered by the GDPR, the App presents a Google-certified consent form before ads load, letting you choose between personalized and non-personalized advertising.
Banner ads, occasional full-screen interstitial ads, and optional rewarded ads that you may choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit. Rewarded ads are always voluntary.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Data is shared only with the providers above, strictly to run the features described here.
Game progress is written to your device’s standard app storage. Uninstalling the App, or clearing its data in system settings, removes it.
On Android, while you are signed in to Google Play Games, your progress is also synced to Play Games cloud save so it can be restored on another device. This transfers your game statistics — scores, coins, achievements and similar counters — to Google’s servers. It contains no personal information beyond what Play Games already associates with your Google account, and it happens only while you are signed in.
To stop it, sign out of Google Play Games or decline the sign-in prompt. The game remains fully playable offline.
We apply reasonable safeguards, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Local data persists until you delete it; cloud save data is retained by Google under its own policies and can be removed through your Play Games account settings.
No other sensitive permissions are requested. The game is fully playable offline, without ads loading.
LoopFruit is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Because the App serves advertising, we recommend parental supervision for younger players, and that parents review the ad personalization controls described in section 8.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or erase personal data. Since we hold no personal data ourselves, such requests are usually best directed to Google, and we are glad to help you identify the right route.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and the current version will always be available at this address. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
